Wiper Switch, 68/71

The 2 Speed VW Windshield Wiper Switch will fit 1968 through 1971 Beetles, 1971 Super Beetles, 1968 through 1971 Karmann Ghias and 1968 through 1971 Type 3s. 1971 was a split year with early models using a dash mounted wiper switch, late model 1971s have a wiper switch on the steering column. The wiper switch has 3 positions; off-on-on, for two speed wiper motors (see Tech Tips for wiring information). The wiper switch is held in place to the dash with a 14 mm dash escutcheon and has a 5mm threaded post for the dash knob.
