Push Rods, Steel Hi-Performance Heat Treated, Set of 8

Stock Length (11.078″) VW Pushrods are made of high quality heat treated 5/16″ diamter steel. When using Steel Pushrods you must set your valves at “zero” lash. Meaning tighten the adjuster until the rocker does not move, and the pushrod spins freely. The 11.078″ stock length pushrod fits 1300, 1500 and 1600cc based engines in 1966 through 1977 Standard Beetles, 1971 through 1979 Super Beetles, 1966 through 1974 Karmann Ghias, 1963 through 1971 Type 2 Bus models, 1962 through 1973 Type 3s and 1973 through 1974 Things.
